A PE-backed scale up business operating within AI Infrastructure is looking to hire an FP&A Manager as they build out a finance function to support rapid growth on the back of PE investment. The role reports into an FD and focuses purely on the commercial finance side and building out an FP&A function. There is a separate Group Reporting Manager who will focus on the reporting and control piece.

The role will centre around modelling scenarios and building out budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles to guide the growth strategy of the business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Produce modelling for future scenario planning to support strategic decisions
  • Develop Budgeting, Forecasting & 5 year plan process and monitor budget vs actuals
  • Manage and track cashflow forecasting
  • Produce Board packs to present key KPI performance and associated analysis
  • Automation of processes and ad hoc projects such as system implementations

This is an early-stage business that is looking to scale-up quickly. Therefore, they are looking for someone with the drive and work ethic to build out commercial finance and support the business' growth.
