Goodman Masson on behalf of our client seeks an experienced Project Manager (Fire) to lead fire and building safety remediation across a social housing portfolio. You will oversee feasibility through to completion, managing budgets, programmes and stakeholders with a strong focus on resident safety.
We require a proven track record delivering high-value construction remediation projects, strong knowledge of fire safety, Building Safety Act and JCT Design & Build contracts.
