Financial Operations Manager | PE Backed Company | Salary £85,000 – £95,000 + 20% bonus and benefits
I am working with a large cap PE backed company who are looking for a Financial Operations Manager to come and join the team. This is a very high performing team and you will be reporting to the Group Financial Controller and have a high number of direct reports. For this role you will need to enjoy and have prior experience in training and developing people.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to are:
- Lead the execution, stabilisation and ongoing BAU running of the group’s new Finance Centre of Excellence.
- Lead all transactional items AP, AR and general accounting.
- Implement and maintain The Group’s best-in-class robust financial controls in all areas.
- Lead on the month end and support with the audit process.
- Continually review and streamline processes to provide efficient process.
- Train, develop and support more junior members to increase their skillset.
Within this role you will need to be comfortable working with various teams across the business and have previous exposure from the senior leadership team. You will have experience in working with the current system and getting the best out of it, while improving processes and delivering results.
You will be either ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have worked in a large organisation, this could be PE or listed to bring in best in class processes and procedures.
