I am currently partnering with a Start-up company who are looking for their first finance hire to come and join the team. This will be an instrumental hire to the company who are seeking expansion across the EMEA region and US. For this role, you will have very broad responsibilities and get involved with all aspects of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop financial strategies to support company objectives and own the forecasting and budgeting to support decision-making.
- Run the day-to-day finance function owning end-to-end finance across the business.
- Build and implement tools to enable accurate financial management.
- Ensure all compliance and financial regulations.
- Business partner with stakeholders across the business to support overall growth plans.
Qualifications:
For this role, you will have a degree in Accounting & Finance and be ACA qualified. You will have a strong desire to enter the start-up space or already have experience working with start-ups to bring this into the company.
My client goes into the office 4 days a week and has excellent benefits.
