A FTSE listed hospitality business is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.You will support the operational leadership team to deliver sustainable profitable growth across the business. Working at Director level across operations, the role provides financial insight, challenge, and support to drive performance, deliver EBIT targets, and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. The role combines strong commercial business partnering with FP&A activities, including forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis, while also leading and developing a Finance Analyst to ensure high-quality financial support to the business.You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a background in a multi-site business.This is a great chance to join a leading business in a heavily strategic finance role
