Job Description
My client is a leading global advisory name and they are expanding their European Asset & Wealth Management vertical within FIG.
This team has an impressive track record and will offer excellent exposure to transactions and to clients. The vast majority of their work is sell-side (~80-90% of deal flow) and they spend ~80% of their time on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance with origination and management of execution of on-going deals within the group (e.g. M&A transactions, strategic advisory etc)
- Working with senior bankers on the delivery of strategic advice to clients
- Production of robust financial analysis and financial modelling, company and industry research and high calibre valuations
Requirements
- You must have accrued high calibre FIG expertise and deal experience
- Keen interest and desire to continue working in the investment banking industry, you will have 3-6 years of experience at an Investment Bank, Boutique M&A Advisor or within a Big 4 Corporate Finance team, with direct financial services deal experience
- Client focused, possess an ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills
