A top tier Private Credit firm are looking to hire a Director into their Fund Control team as a result of significant growth in recent years. This role will manage a team and will have an initial aim of streamlining processes and leveraging technology to improve financial reporting and analysis. It will also face off with Front Office to support with Fund Modelling, Forecasting, FX Hedging and other commercial analysis and initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years post-qualified experience in Fund Finance
- Strong controls and process optimisation/automation experience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Monthly investor reporting and oversight of deliverables from the fund administrator
- Optimise and streamline monthly reporting processes utilising technology
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights and analyse fund performance
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics for management and investors
- Forecasting, Fund modelling and cash-flow
- FX hedging and Liquidity management
- Fund Regulatory and Tax Reporting and audits
- Coach and manage direct reports
- Ad hoc projects supporting Management, Portfolio Managers and Fund Finance team
