Location: London – near Russell Square

Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week, with 1–3 days in the office

Contract: 6 months – September 2026 to February 2027

Start Date: 1 September 2026

Rate: £150–£160 per day via umbrella company

The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join a professional services organisation on an initial six-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support the business during the transition from its existing Professional Services Automation (PSA) system to a new platform. You will play a key role in ensuring large volumes of project and operational data are accurately entered, maintained, checked and prepared for migration. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working with PSA systems and databases, alongside excellent attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with large volumes of data.

  • Review data regularly, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity and security of all information.
  • Monitor and record incoming data.
