Job Title: Customer Contact Advisor Location: Eastleigh Contract: 12 weeks temp, full-time Hourly Rate: £14.70 Our client is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Contact Advisor to join their team on a temporary full-time basis for 12 weeks. In this role, you\’ll be the go-to person for customer enquiries, whether by phone, face-to-face, or online. You\’ll help solve problems quickly, offer practical solutions, and make sure our customers feel supported and valued. It\’s a great opportunity to use your communication skills, build rapport, and make a real difference day-to-day. What You\’ll Be Doing: Handling a variety of customer enquiries, from repair requests to tenancy questions and rent issues. Providing clear, helpful advice and taking ownership to resolve most enquiries on the first contact. Booking appointments and coordinating with contractors and other teams as needed. Keeping customer records up to date and following up on any outstanding issues. Working to a schedule, ensuring availability during your shifts, and meeting performance targets. Who We\’re Looking For: Someone with previous experience in customer service, ideally in a call centre or front-line role. A calm, empathetic communicator who can adapt their style to suit different customers. A team player who takes pride in delivering excellent service and meeting targets. Reliable and organized, able to work within a set rota and manage time effectively.
