I have partnered with a leading Investment Manager who are on track to double their AUM over the next 5 years, through an aggressive acquisition-focused strategy. As such, they are looking for someone to join their Corporate Development team to support through strategic M&A.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end to end transaction life cycle: due diligence, financial modelling, valuation analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally across tax, ops, legal to facilitate deals
- Stakeholder management: working closely with the Corporate Development Director and presenting to C-Suite and senior management
- Oversee post-acquisition integration
Your background:
- Proven experience in TS/Corporate Finance/M&A - either advisory or in-house
- Strong financial due diligence and modelling skills
- Exposure to Financial Services sector ideal, but not essential
