Run and grow your own sales desk as a Consultant. In this role, you’ll use your great people skills to provide an excellent candidate experience to both existing and new candidates. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, running candidate searches, winning new business through marketing activity, putting qualified candidates forward to clients, and closing placements successfully to optimise revenue for the business.

You’ll work as part of a passionate team to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients and to contribute to our commercial performance. As a Consultant at Goodman Masson you will have a good understanding of your market, enabling you to provide expert advice to both candidates and clients.
