In this role, you\’ll take end-to-end ownership of client complaints, ensuring fair, timely, and regulatory-compliant outcomes. You\’ll play a key role in protecting client trust and enhancing the firm\’s commitment to service excellence. Your responsibilities will include investigating complaints thoroughly, liaising with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining detailed records within the company\’s CRM.
