We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Gardener to join a dedicated grounds maintenance team delivering high-quality services across public and residential spaces. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented environments.
You'll be working across parks, housing areas, and open spaces, carrying out a range of horticultural and grounds maintenance duties:
- Carrying out weed control (chemical application where qualified)
- Supporting planting programmes including seasonal bedding, shrubs, and trees
- Clearing green waste, leaves, and litter to keep areas tidy
- Follow risk assessments and safe working practices at all times
- A practical understanding of plant care and horticultural tasks
- Confidence using powered tools and outdoor equipment
- Good awareness of health and safety in an outdoor environment
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Full UK driving licence
