We are currently recruiting a Community Safety Officer to join us on a permanent basis. We're looking for a dedicated individual to take the lead on high-level anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, from initial investigation through to court proceedings. Creating safer communities for our customers to thrive.
About us: We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district. Duties include:
- Carry out full investigations and enforce tenancy conditions with particular responsibility for higher level ASB and nuisance cases.
- Draft witness statements, notice of seeking possession and proposed prohibitions for ASB injunctions.
- Complete onsite inspections and attend home visits.
- Work in partnership with external bodies such as the Police and attend meetings.
