A FTSE Retailer is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate.
Focused around property Costs, you will be responsible for supporting the Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting of the full Property cost and capex base.
The role will give financial support to the Property Business Partners in supporting the management of their cost budgets, provide key monthly reporting including variance analysis and provide insight to drive commercial decision making regarding spend.
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in finance business partnering. Consumer background and any exposure to property is highly desirable.
