Role Overview
I\'m partnering with a prestigious global reinsurer to appoint a senior leader within their UK Savings & Retirement business. This is a rare and high-profile opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the UK longevity and retirement market, while driving strategic growth across multiple lines of business.
Responsibilities
- Driving new business growth across longevity, funded reinsurance and retirement solutions
- Leading strategic relationships with key clients and counterparties at the most senior levels
- Structuring and delivering complex, high-value transactions
- Shaping and executing the UK growth strategy while contributing to wider global initiatives
- Leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing team
Qualifications
- Proven track record in the life (re)insurance market, ideally with exposure to longevity, asset-intensive or retirement-focused business
- At least 5 years of client-facing experience, with a strong record of building relationships and delivering commercial outcomes
- A blend of technical depth and strategic vision, with the ability to influence and lead at an executive level
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the credibility to represent the business externally
