I am currently partnering with a large PE backed business who are looking for a FP&A Analyst to come and join a growing team. For this role you will be working within a large and growing team, this role sits within the Group function and you will have exposure across the business.
My client is looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking to make a real difference where you can effect change across the business and make the role your own. On top of this you will have the opportunity to grow and develop with future opportunities to progress within the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare board deliverables including routine reporting, forecast & budget presentations.
- Cash flow forecasting, short and medium term.
- Proactively develop new and existing insightful analysis and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Own the full P&L and cash flow across the business.
- Deliver efficient reporting and planning processes while training and developing global users.
- Partner group functions to provide value add and insight and develop connected planning.
- Work with the finance stakeholders to identify, scope and design enhancements to the ERP system.
- Play a lead role in future M&A or transaction activity.
To be considered you will need:
- ACA trained or equivalent with strong academics.
- Advanced modelling excel skills and have worked with large complex models.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of management delivering presentations and influencing decisions.
- Enjoy working in a high growth and high performing team.
- Have worked in a large company either PE or listed.
