FP&A Manager | PE backed company | Salary £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus and benefits.
I am currently partnering with a large growing PE backed company who are looking for a FP&A Manager. This is a newly created role where you will be reporting into the Head of FP&A and work in a small team. For this role you will be comfortable working with global teams to support decision making. This role is perfect for someone coming from an FP&A function or Business Partnering role within a larger, growing business, or someone looking to transition from a listed company to PE backed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate capital expenditures and investments related to expansion, ERP upgrades or M&A.
- Execute strategic initiatives which support key business decisions.
- Work with site teams to review the short term cash flow forecast and ensure it is aligned with the medium term.
- Provide commercial and cost management insight and perform ad-hoc analysis.
- Understand site monthly reporting and ensure this is clearly communicated to Group.
- Partner with key functions and stakeholders across the business.
- Own the P&L for the global teams.
For this role you will need to have the following:
- ACA/CIMA qualified and have worked in a large complex matrix structure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with senior leaders, finance and non-finance, ideally transaction experience or refinancing.
- 5+ years experience with 3+ years PQE in a FP&A/FBP role.
