I'm partnering with an AI company building products that automate high-stakes enterprise workflows. They want to build out their internal finance function and are looking for someone to partner with the CFO. This is a rare seat. You'd pair directly with the CFO to run finance and GTM operations end-to-end, supported by automation and specialist external advisors, before building out the team further down the line.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the ERP migration and change management; own data mapping, opening balances, integrations.
  • Automate AP, treasury, and equity operations: configure native ERP expense and AP modules for touchless invoice processing and payment runs.
  • Design the historical data strategy to help decision making across the business.
  • Automate the close engine and have full ownership of this moving forward.

Requirements include:

  • 3-6 years within a finance systems or Finance Operations role previously.
  • ERP implementation experience, where you have taken full ownership.
  • Workflow automation mindset.
  • Strong accounting background to understand and then make improvements across the function.

Please apply if you feel this role is for you and you have prior experience in a similar position to this. Note: this role does not offer sponsorship.
