Goodman Masson is partnering with a high-performing, global Tech/Media business to recruit a Group Financial Controller. This is a rare opportunity for an ACA-qualified finance leader with substantial controllership experience to take on a high-impact role at the heart of a scaling organisation.
You will lead the global Group finance function, overseeing finance operations, internal controls, compliance, audit coordination and tax. With broad exposure to senior leadership, this position plays a crucial role in shaping financial insight, influencing strategic decisions, and leading transformation across Group Finance.
- Support the implementation of a new group consolidation system
- Drive finance transformation initiatives across the Group
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global finance team
- Manage and lead the audit committee, ensuring a clean audit and robust compliance
- Provide strategic guidance on complex technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition, purchase price accounting and business acquisitions, intangible asset impairment and other valuations
- Act as a business partner to FP&A and Commercial Finance teams
ACA/CA-qualified via Audit at an audit, with post-qualified experience in industry. Highly detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities and experience driving change.
