A leading investment manager is looking for a Business Analyst to join their change function and play a pivotal role in transformation across their Private Markets and Real Estate business lines. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile programmes that shape the way the business operates and delivers to its clients.
The Role
- You'll be embedded within the enterprise change team, working closely with senior stakeholders and technology partners to:
- Capture, analyse, and document business requirements across private markets and real estate.
- Support the design of new operating models covering people, process, data, and technology.
- Lead workshops and workstreams to bring structure to complex initiatives.
- Partner with external vendors and internal teams to test and implement solutions.
- Provide clear analysis, recommendations, and documentation to support decision-making.
- Play a key role in major initiatives such as new product launches, new market entry, and technology-driven transformation.
About You
- We're looking for someone who can operate with confidence at senior levels and thrive in a fast-moving change environment:
- Proven Business Analyst experience in financial services (asset management strongly preferred).
- Background in private assets and/or real estate – understanding lifecycle events, operations, and product launches.
- Strong grasp of change delivery and operating model design (BPMN or similar).
- Excellent documentation, analysis, and process mapping skills.
- Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and lead workshops / stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and data requirements within large-scale change programmes.
