My client, a listed sustainable technology firm, is looking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing finance team of 25. We are seeking fully qualified candidates (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with 0–3 years’ PQE. Experience in data analytics and commercial finance is essential. Experience with Power BI would be advantageous, although candidates with exposure to other data analytics tools will also be considered.

The role has four key components:

  • Coordinating the FP&A process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across safety, costs, production, plan delivery, and overall financial performance. This includes monthly re-forecasts, scenario modelling, price sensitivity analysis, and KPI dashboarding.
  • Owning financial strategy modelling, supporting new business opportunities, capital allocation decisions, tenders, and bid analysis.
  • Supporting the implementation and integration of Power BI and other data tools into day-to-day finance processes.
  • Acting as a business partner to the Head of Sales and HR across both CAPEX and OPEX matters, analysing business cases from commercial, strategic, and enterprise risk perspectives.

  • Base salary: £60–70K
  • Bonus: 10–20% discretionary
