Be a vital member of the Goodman Masson team, by becoming an Associate Consultant. You will be key in providing an excellent candidate experience to both existing and new candidates of Goodman Masson. You will identify the very best candidates, presenting them to your team of Consultants, enabling placements and contributing to a strong pipeline of talent for future requirements.

You will have a passion for building new and lasting relationships with candidates. Using effective recruitment methods, you will proactively source active and passive candidates through online platforms, such as LinkedIn or CV databases.

As an Associate Consultant you will be a team player and play a key part in enabling the team to meet financial targets. What you’ll learn in this role will be priceless in your career and our L&D Team will support you by providing you with a tailored training programme on how to run an effective recruitment sales desk and ensuring you have the skills to progress within the business.
