About the Role
We\'re looking for an Assistant Homeowner Services Officer to join our client, a Specialist Residential Services team, a full time basis.
In this role, you\'ll support and deputise for Homeowner Services Officers, acting as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring a high standard of service across all homeowner-related matters.
Additionally, you\'ll work closely with legal teams to support the preparation of Landlord Management Packs related to the sale of leasehold and freehold properties, and provide administrative support across the wider Homeowner Services function.
What We\'re Looking For:
A good understanding of leasehold and shared ownership arrangements
Knowledge of key legislation including the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and the Landlord and Tenant Act
Experience in applying leasehold law to QLTA and Section 20 consultations, consents, enfranchisement, lease extensions, service charges, and assignment of leases
Confidence when dealing with sensitive and complex situations, with the ability to remain professional and solution-focused
