Job Description
A global full-service investment bank is seeking to grow their London based European FIG platform.
In this capacity you will support the origination and execution of FIG transactions across all FIG verticals (in particular Banks, Insurance and increasingly Fintech).
They are speaking to Analyst 1-2 candidates to Associate 2-3 as they consider more than 1 hire. You must have accrued impressive FIG transactional experience in a well-regarded investment bank, boutique or Big 4 M&A team.
Key duties centre on:
- Assistance with origination and management of execution of on-going deals within the group (e.g. M&A transactions, strategic advisory etc)
- Working with senior bankers on the delivery of strategic advice to clients
- Strategic idea generation
- Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials
Candidate criteria:
- You must have accrued high calibre FIG expertise and deal experience
- Client focused, possess an ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships
- Ability to develop, coach and motivate junior members of the team
- Ambitious, driven and commercial
