Analyst 2-3 - Energy Transition & Infrastructure M&A (top boutique)) - Goodman Masson

Subsector focus is centred on Energy Generation, Energy Storage, Electric Vehicles charging, Cleantech and Energy Infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be operating in a similar capacity at a well-regarded bank or boutique, or a sector relevant Big 4 corporate finance capacity.

Responsibilities will centre on:

• Assist and gain increasing oversight with the management of live transactions
• Drive the teams production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc
• Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients 
• Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation
