Accounts Payable Lead – Financial Services
Are you looking to take the next step in your finance career? This growing investment management firm is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to join their busy finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable who is keen to build on their skills in a supportive environment, with study support provided toward professional qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Process, code and verify vendor invoices before approval
- Set up and maintain vendor records across multiple entities
- Prepare and process weekly payments in multiple currencies
- Complete bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Review staff expenses via Concur and reconcile company credit card transactions
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to internal and supplier queries
- Support the wider finance team, including Accounts Receivable and audit requests
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with problem-solving ability
- Proactive and able to manage competing priorities
