A renowned housing association in the local community is looking for a Rent and Service Charge Specialist for a 6 month contract to begin with high likelihood of it extending further. The organisation's aim is to be local, visible and supportive to its community whilst providing excellent customer service to their tenants. They are looking for someone with Rent and Service Charge experience to come in and add value to the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in delivering service charge accounts and preparation of annual budget
  • Making recommendations for Budgets
  • Analysing and manipulating data from Excel
  • Working in collaboration with Service Charge colleagues and inputting and analysing data

Requirements:

  • Background in Rent and Service Charge within Housing Associations
  • Strong Excel skills
