Location: East London
Salary: £29,226 – £32,473 per annum (35 hours per week) + PRP
Contract: 12 Month FTC
About the RoleOur client is looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their team in EastLondon. You will play a key role in the successful letting of properties, delivering excellent customer service and helping the business meet its targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in
Negotiate terms and conditions of new lets in line with internal policies
Ensure smooth tenancy progression and compliance with internal and legal requirements
Provide first-class service to all clients, tenants, and contractors
Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals
About You
Sales-driven and motivated with a proactive attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident negotiator with strong organisational skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Experience & Requirements
Experience in a sales or target-driven role (property experience desirable)
Knowledge of the London lettings market, particularly build-to-rent (desirable)
Strong IT skills and proficient in written and verbal communication
Driving licence required
