A London based housing organisation is seeking a Procurement Manager to play a key role in delivering strategic, high-value procurement solutions across a diverse range of goods and services. This role sits within a newly structured commercial procurement function, designed to strengthen category management, supply chain engagement, and business partnering across the organisation.

Key Duties

  • Develop and deliver category and sourcing strategies that align with organisational objectives and optimise value, quality, service, and sustainability.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement activity for complex, large contracts across both public and private sector environments.
  • Build and maintain strong market insight by analysing supply trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring robust commercial outcomes and full compliance with public procurement regulations.
  • Prepare and manage detailed tender and contract documentation, utilising standard forms and templates where appropriate.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored procurement solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the commercial procurement team to embed category management and business partnering approaches.
  • Support the ongoing transformation and continuous improvement of procurement services.

  • Experience within repairs, maintenance and construction.
