I’m currently recruiting for a Disrepair Surveyor in the Hereford area. The role is an interim contract, initially starting at 3 months with scope to go further.
You will be responsible for inspecting properties, diagnosing building defects, preparing schedules of works, and ensuring repairs are delivered to a high standard in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Working closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining safe, decent homes.
About you:
- Proven experience surveying residential or social housing properties
- Strong knowledge of building pathology and disrepair legislation
- Excellent communication and report‑writing skills
- Relevant surveying or construction qualification (or equivalent experience)
