We’re recruiting Gas Engineers on behalf of a well-established property management organisation operating across London and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring residential and commercial properties are gas safe, compliant, and fully operational, carrying out inspections, servicing, repairs, and certification in line with current legislation.
- Complete Gas Safety Certificates (CP12 / CP4 / CP42)
- Service, maintain, and repair gas appliances and systems
- Ensure compliance with Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations
- Diagnose faults and respond to gas emergencies when required
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Gas Engineer
- CCN1 + CENWAT (domestic) and/or COCN1 / CODNCO1 (commercial)
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing & Heating
