This is a role for someone who loves structure, accuracy, clear processes, and making a real impact. As our Financial Controller, you’ll be central to strengthening our financial foundation and ensuring we operate with clarity, discipline, and confidence as we scale across multiple jurisdictions.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, elevate our reporting, improve processes, and bring consistency to our financial operations. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, collaborate across departments, and support the business through the next phase of growth.

Objectives of the Role- Actively manage, build and develop effective finance processes and procedures to support the business.
- Communicate key finance requirements, issues and observations to the wider team.
- Oversee VAT, PAYE, Corporation tax and the preparation of the Statutory Accounts in the UK and other entities.
- Manage the external accounting teams, overseeing crypto accounting, accruals, and all general ledger entries.
- Coaching and development of junior staff.
- Driven, proactive, and excited by a scaling, fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about accuracy, clean data, and strong financial discipline.

- Proven ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
