Partnering with a growing, independent creative agency that’s entering an exciting new chapter following the acquisition of a sister agency. Seeking an experienced interim Financial Controller to support integration, streamline processes, and drive financial efficiency across the group.
£500 a day OUTSIDE IR35. Hybrid working from London office. 6 month contract. ASAP start.
The role:
- Lead the finance function through a period of transition and growth.
- Support the integration of a newly acquired agency into existing systems and reporting structures.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and controls.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to provide insightful analysis and commercial guidance.
- Oversee management accounts, cash flow, and reporting for both entities.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager, ideally in a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills with a commercial mindset.
- Track record of improving systems and processes.
- Confident, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving business.
- Available for an interim contract, with hybrid working from a brand-new London office.
