Director of Finance & Resources London (Remote) Goodman Masson is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a dynamic international charity to recruit a Director of Finance & Resources . This is a pivotal leadership role in a well-financed, values-driven organisation that champions a feminist and anti-racist approach. With an ambitious Strategy already in motion, the Director of Finance & Resources will help shape and deliver the organisation’s financial sustainability, operational excellence, and people strategy. Lead the finance, HR, and facilities functions, ensuring effective systems, compliance, and strategic alignment. Act as Company Secretary and support Board governance, including Finance & Resources Committee liaison. Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to support strategic decision-making and organisational development. Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, audit, and statutory compliance. Support HR policy development, wellbeing strategy, and safeguarding as the organisation’s Senior Safeguarding Lead. ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Substantial experience in senior finance and resource leadership roles, ideally within the charity or international development sector. Knowledge of charity accounting (SORP), governance, and compliance frameworks. Experienced in change management, organisational development, and working across jurisdictions.
