Join our Banking client as an Associate OTC Derivative Operations. This role sits within a dynamic Derivatives and Securities team responsible for end-to-end operational support of OTC Derivative products, including trade confirmation, settlement, and lifecycle events. The successful candidate will join a team that manages a diverse product range such as IRS, CCS, FRA, CAP/Floor, ILS, Swaptions, and Swapagent products. Responsibilities include ensuring timely trade processing in line with internal procedures, identifying and resolving operational issues, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with:
• Sound product knowledge—Markitwire, OTC Swaps, and associated instruments.
• Experience with ISDA confirmation drafting/checking is preferred.
• Familiarity with swap settlements, rate resets, and collateral operations.
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and comfort with Microsoft Office (VBA/Macros a plus).
