This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fire safety professional to join an organisation with a strong commitment to resident safety and play a key role in strengthening fire safety compliance, assurance and risk management across its housing portfolio. Working closely with the Fire Safety Manager, you will provide specialist technical advice across B D Reside, supporting the Responsible Person and wider teams to ensure statutory and regulatory obligations are met. The Opportunity As Fire Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring B D Reside's fire safety programme is delivered effectively, on time and to the required standards. You will work across Compliance, Repairs, Building Safety, Estates, Health Safety, Asset Management and Housing Management , providing technical expertise and helping to embed a positive, consistent fire safety culture across the organisation.
