As a Product Manager at GoodFit, you’ll own the discovery, requirements and delivery of product initiatives in our rapidly evolving B2B SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with a dedicated squad of developers, collaborating with design and stakeholders to ship solutions that delight customers and drive business results. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, creates clarity where there’s ambiguity, and is excited to take full ownership of outcomes - from discovery through launch and iteration.
You will:
- Own product initiatives: Define the goals, discovery, definition and release of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Partner with a development squad: Work side by side with engineers to plan sprints, refine requirements, and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality features.
- Run discovery & define problems: Engage with customers and internal teams to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate insights into opportunities: Write clear requirements, define success metrics, and guide the team from ideation through delivery and ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically feasible and meet user expectations.
- Use data to drive decisions: Combine analytics, user feedback, and business insights to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally B2B.
- Are excited to take ownership of product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Have a bias for action and a hands-on approach; you take full ownership of problems, roll up your sleeves when needed, and see things through to impact.
- Have strong discovery skills - customer interviews, market discovery, and turning qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product decisions.
- Have the ability to write sharp, actionable product requirements and prioritise effectively across competing needs.
- Are comfortable with analytics tools and defining success metrics to measure impact.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills - you bring structure to complex discussions and build trust across teams.
Why you’ll love working at GoodFit:
- Immediate impact: We are an early-stage startup on a rapid growth trajectory. The work you do will shape the future of our product and company.
- Ownership & autonomy: You’ll own key product initiatives end-to-end, from defining the problem to delivering solutions and delighting customers.
- Customer obsession: We’re building something customers love - you’ll see real impact from your work, fast.
- Flexible, remote-first setup: We work remotely most of the time, but we love a bit of face-to-face collaboration. You’d come into our Old Street office about once a week to connect with the team.
- Direct access to leadership: Collaborate closely with our founders and executive team, who have a proven track record of building successful startups.
- Broad experience: Work across multiple parts of the platform, with exposure to a wide range of technologies and challenges.
