At GoodFit, we help our customers unlock their next stages of growth with highly actionable and relevant data. B2B companies use GoodFit's data engine to identify their next opportunities, understand their customers, and generate demand. Our platform takes data from hundreds of sources across the internet and combines it into a real-time and constantly updated view of each opportunity our clients monitor.
We have a great market opportunity, and we are working with many of the highest growth B2B companies. In order to keep up with demand and accelerate development of the platform, we are expanding our core engineering team.
As a Product Designer at GoodFit, you will shape the user experience of our rapidly evolving B2B SaaS product. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can confidently create structure where none exists. You will own the end-to-end design of new features and ongoing improvements, building systems and practices that elevate the entire product and design culture.
You will:
- Design end-to-end user experiences for new features—from discovery through prototyping, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality user interfaces.
- Develop interactive prototypes to test ideas and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform and validate design decisions.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights (product analytics, client feedback, user testing) to iterate and improve product experiences.
- Work across multiple squads and work streams, supporting the highest-priority initiatives as needed.
- Establish and maintain a system of reusable components, patterns, and design standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Contribute to shaping our design culture, principles, and processes, helping the team adopt strong design practices.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
- A proven track record of designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces with a focus on usability and clarity.
- Experience owning design for new product features from problem definition through to delivery.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems or reusable component libraries.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, prototyping for validation).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—comfortable working closely with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving team.
- A portfolio showcasing thoughtful interaction design, clear visual hierarchy, and strategic design decisions.
- Comfort with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and prototyping methods.
- A self-starter mindset—able to join where there is a vacuum, establish working practices, and drive progress with minimal support.
- Experience working in a remote-first team and work in the UK.
Why you will love working at GoodFit:
- We are an early stage startup, with a tremendous growth trajectory. The work you will do will have an instant and recognisable impact.
- We are a remote-first team, valuing long stretches of uninterrupted work over constant connectivity. We have an office near Old Street for those who prefer a hybrid working pattern.
- The entire team will get together for occasional planning and team meetings (max once per month).
- As we are a small team, you will work on various parts of our platform and gain experience with a wide range of technologies.
- Complete end-to-end ownership of the business problem all the way to completion, release, and happy customers.
- Opportunity to work directly with our founders and executive team who have a proven track record in building successful startups.
