What we do? Goodfit is the intelligence layer for the modern revenue stack. Today, revenue leaders are forced to rely on guesswork to hit their targets. Goodfit changes that by building the intelligence stack that decodes the market. We aggregate the world’s most comprehensive set of public and private data, then use reasoning models to interpret it - telling companies exactly who to prioritize, when to reach out, and what to say. We are turning the chaotic pursuit of revenue into a clear, calculated path to growth.
About the Role We’re hiring a Design Lead at GoodFit to own our visual brand as we move into our next phase of growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand, inbound marketing, and sales. You will own GoodFit’s visual identity & assets as we build a recognisable brand. This is a pure brand & marketing design role. You will not be required to execute on technical web development or product UX/UI. Instead, you will have total ownership of our public-facing visual identity, ensuring every GoodFit brand touchpoint feels intentional.
What You’ll Do You will own the visual layer of GoodFit’s commercial function. A non-exhaustive list of responsibilities includes:
- Own our visual brand, designing the visual systems & processes by which we present ourselves to our market.
- Lead the visual design of our website and landing pages.
- Work closely with our content team to translate complex GTM concepts into clear diagrams, data visualisations, and mental models that define our content style.
- Build the visual assets for our marketing channels (events, ads, gifts & more), and scalable visual templates for our sales decks & marketing emails.
We’d Love to Hear From You If You are excited about the prospect of defining a visual identity from the ground up, not just maintaining one. You have experience building brands, particularly in the tech space. You obsess over design details & visual trends. You are looking for a role where you can take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute to a fast growing company!
