What we do?

At GoodFit, we help our customers unlock their next stages of growth with highly actionable & relevant data. Without a need to speed thousands of hours on manual research, B2B companies use GoodFit\’s data engine to identify their next opportunities, understand their customers & generate demand.

Our platform takes data from hundreds of sources across the internet, and combines it into a real-time and constantly updated view of each opportunity our clients monitor. We process a lot of data to do this, and utilise best-in-class data processing technologies to do this at scale, robustly and efficiently.

We have a great market opportunity, and we are working with many of the highest growth B2B companies out there. In order to keep up with demand, and accelerate development of the platform, we are expanding our core engineering team.

About the role:

As a QA Engineer at GoodFit, you’ll be key to ensuring the quality and reliability of every product release. We’re looking for someone who can create robust test plans, carry out thorough feature testing, and help establish automated testing practices that scale with our fast-growing product. Your work will give the team confidence to move quickly while delivering a consistently excellent user experience.

You will:

  • Partner with product managers and engineers early in the development cycle to understand requirements and define comprehensive test plans for new features
  • Design, document, and execute manual test cases to validate functionality, usability, and edge cases
  • Set up and maintain automated testing frameworks to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort over time
  • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Establish QA best practices and integrate them into the team’s development and deployment workflows
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure automated tests are part of the CI/CD pipeline, enabling fast and reliable releases
  • Proactively suggest improvements to product quality, processes, and testing tools
  • Contribute to building a culture where quality is owned by everyone in the team

We\’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or related roles
  • A proven track record of creating and executing detailed test plans for complex product features
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests (e.g., using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems and integrating automated testing into build pipelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for edge cases and user experience issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you work well with engineers, PMs, and designers in a cross-functional environment
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving SaaS or startup environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • A self-starter mindset—able to establish QA processes and raise the bar for quality with minimal direction
  • Bonus: Experience with API testing, performance testing, or testing products with complex data flows

Why you\’ll love working at GoodFit:

  • We are an early stage start up, with a tremendous growth trajectory. The work you\’ll do will have an instant & recognisable impact.
  • We\’re a remote-first team, valuing long stretches of uninterrupted work over constant connectivity. We have an office near old street, for those who prefer a hybrid working pattern. The entire team will get together for occasional planning and team meetings (max once per month).
  • As we are small team, you\’ll work on various parts of our platform & gain experience with wide range of technologies.
  • Complete end-to-end ownership of the business problem all the way to completion, release and happy customers
  • Opportunity to work directly with our founders and executive team who have a proven track record in building successful startups

Hiring process:

  • Around 30 minute intro call
  • Tech interview with a white boarding session 1-2 hours
  • Meeting with co-founders 30-60min
