Today most companies are reliant on their sales reps to find leads. The challenge? Reps struggle to find great prospects. Worse, they waste huge amounts of time disqualifying leads they can't sell to. This is a poor experience for reps, inefficient use of their skills and sunk cost for the business. GoodFit helps companies identify their leads programmatically and build a dataset based on their unique requirements. We only source the accounts that meet the company's qualification and enrich them with the most useful data points. With the company's market mapped, they can more efficiently distribute & prioritise leads, while delivering compelling messaging based on their prospect's needs.

About The Role

We're hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations manager at GoodFit to build and scale the infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, sales execution, data, and automation; owning the systems that enable our teams to move faster, operate cleanly, and scale efficiently. You'll work closely with Marketing and Revenue leadership to ensure our demand & revenue generation engines are reliable, measurable, and continuously improving. Given your central position across our GTM stack, you'll play a key role in shaping how GoodFit generates pipeline, attributes revenue, and delivers a consistent experience from first touch through closed-won and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale our demand generation infrastructure, including outbound email, cold calling, and growth campaigns—ensuring tools, automation, and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain reporting, analytics, and attribution, providing clear visibility into pipeline and revenue performance across HubSpot, Metabase, and the wider GTM stack.
  • Design and automate customer lifecycle workflows, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality experiences from first touch through post-meeting follow-up.
  • Own CRM and sales process operations, partnering with Revenue leadership to maintain clean data, reliable integrations, and scalable processes that reduce manual work for reps.

We'd Love to Hear From You If

  • Have 2+ years of experience as a full-stack or data engineer who can develop our unique GTM data warehouse, build high-impact systems and agents serving our commercial teams.
  • Are excited about working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership at a fast-growing, early-stage company.
  • Enjoy turning messy, manual processes into clean, automated workflows that scale with the business.
  • Are analytically minded, detail-oriented, and motivated by creating leverage through systems, data, and experimentation.
  • Are eager to take ownership, learn quickly, and help shape how GoodFit scales its go-to-market motion.

Why join us

  • Work closely with a leadership team who've built and scaled multiple revenue teams to $100M+ ARR (you'll learn more in 12 months than most do in 5 years).
  • Quarterly off-sites in London.
  • Top-tier equipment & Shoreditch HQ.
  • Private healthcare insurance.
  • Gym access, monthly team events & more.

Recruitment Process

  • Stage 1: Intro Call with the Recruiter.
  • Stage 2: Deep-Dive with the Hiring Manager.
  • Stage 3: Take-Home task.
  • Stage 4: Meet the team!
