Kitchen & Bathroom Advisor

We are currently looking for a friendly Kitchen & Bathroom adviser to join our flourishing team.

As a Kitchen & Bathroom advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who visit the showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and customer service, be proactive and self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills.

The right candidate will be provided full training by a Goodey and Howell showroom expert.

On a day-to-day basis you will be inspiring customers, building relationships and quickly building rapport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and providing them with product information.
• Managing the Goodey and Howell customer journey to achieve ideal kitchen or bathroom
• Assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Working alongside our Sister Company, Plumbco to build relationships and cross sell to our trade customers
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised showroom.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent computer skills.
• Full driving licence & Insured Vehicle

Experience in kitchen and bathroom design is desired, but not essential as full training can be provided.

Schedule:

• 8am-5pm 4 out of 5 days in the week and every Saturday 9am-5pm

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Role is based at our Wellingborough branch (NN8 4AD). However, there may be occasions where you will be required to travel over to our Northampton branch to support in their showroom (NN5 5BB).

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (desired)
• Kitchen/Bathroom: 1 year (desired)
• Sales: 1 year (desired)

Pay: £12.21-£18.62 per hour
