About Good Tuesday:
Good Tuesday is a startup and certified BCorp. A female-led brand that creates stationery for people who want to organise in all areas of life, in style. From design-led annual calendars to diaries, weekly planners and notebooks, printed in England and created in a sustainably conscious and ethical way.

We take work seriously, but don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, talented and versatile Graphic Designer (with a digital focus) to shape and elevate Good Tuesday’s visual storytelling across multiple platforms.

From product listings to digital campaigns, wholesale materials to social media content – your work will be seen far and wide, helping bring our thoughtfully designed stationery and organisational tools to life.

This role sits at the heart of our creative team. You’ll work alongside Marketing, Product Design and Wholesale to deliver cohesive, engaging and commercially effective assets that drive growth across ecommerce, wholesale, and beyond.

This is a startup environment, which means pace, change and variety. Priorities shift, things move fast, and you’ll often be working on several types of projects in one day. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, organised, and thrives when things are moving.

This is not a product design role – you won’t be designing the stationery itself, but rather all the creative content that supports our brand, products and sales across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll design for almost every aspect of the brand – from website assets to trade show stands and packaging inserts. You’ll help ensure that every visual expression of Good Tuesday is instantly recognisable, commercially strong and creatively considered.

You’ll need to be just as comfortable creating a social ad or a product line sheet, as you are updating a product listing image. Some parts of the role are repetitive but essential, and when done well, they’re elevated by thoughtful visual storytelling and strategic thinking.

  • Product Listings – Prepare and manage the visuals for all product listings across our sales platforms. This includes explainer graphics, layout and asset prep. While maybe not all that exciting, this work is key to conversion and brand presentation. We’re looking for someone who brings care, consistency, and creativity to this task, with a view to best-in-class design (and who can find effeciency wins in this using AI or tools to speed up these processes, so we can spend more time on the really creative stuff)
  • Digital & Ecommerce – Create assets for our website and sales platforms/ marketplaces, including homepage banners, landing pages and platform headers. Ensure visuals are high-quality, on-brand and conversion-focused.
  • Social & Content Creation – Design eye-catching social posts, ads, and video content. This includes concepting and editing short-form videos in the Good Tuesday style.
  • Wholesale & Retail – Design catalogues, line sheets, POS materials and trade show stand graphics to support our retail and distributor partners.
  • Packaging & Brand Assets – Support with the design of bellybands, shipping packaging, inserts and printed collateral. Maintain consistency and quality across all physical brand experiences.
  • Marketing & PR – Create strong visuals for email campaigns, seasonal marketing and press outreach. Support with image selection and managing visual assets.
  • Other – Occasionally support the product design team (e.g. with templates or artwork setup), and assist in creative direction for photoshoots and brand storytelling.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in a graphic design role, ideally within a commercial or ecommerce setting
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to tell stories visually, across digital and print
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva Pro or similar)
  • A commercial mindset – you design with the audience, platform and purpose in mind
  • Experience managing product imagery and preparing assets for ecommerce listings
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A confident communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Adaptable and proactive – you can shift focus and respond to changing priorities with ease
  • Actively open to new design technologies, including the use of AI tools, with ethical considerations.

Please consider: This is not a product design role and we will only consider experience in a commercial graphic design role.

What We Offer

  • Flexible work hours (core studio hours between 10am and 3pm)
  • Generous product allowance and discounts
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Healthy Workplace pledge with annual health checks
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Monthly personal budget to spend at one of the cafĂ©s on site
  • Weekly team lunch
