About Good Tuesday
Good Tuesday is a design-led stationery brand and a certified B Corp. We create beautiful tools to help people plan their time with purpose. We believe good planning creates space for what really matters. We have all the makings of an iconic brand - impactful products, a loyal community, and a strong sense of purpose. We're growing fast, and we’re looking for curious, kind, and capable people who want to help grow a company that uses business as a force for good - and have fun doing it.
The Role
Good Tuesday is seeking a senior Head of Marketing to guide the next phase of our commercial and ecommerce growth. You’ll bring proven experience scaling a design-led, lifestyle, multi-channel brand with ecommerce at its core and a clear understanding of how to translate brand strength into sustainable, profitable growth. This is a newly created leadership role with the opportunity to build and lead the Marketing function, shaping how we approach growth, performance and customer engagement as the business scales. You’ll bring a commercially grounded mindset suited to a bootstrapped, independently owned organisation, and take responsibility for delivering meaningful, measurable results across channels. Alongside growth, you’ll play an active role in upholding our B Corp commitments, ensuring marketing decisions reflect our values, support responsible growth, and consider their wider impact on people, partners and the planet. You’ll also contribute to building a positive, inclusive and supportive working culture, leading with clarity, kindness and integrity. You’ll work closely with trusted external partners and agencies, building strong relationships and ensuring high standards across all marketing activity. You’ve played a pivotal role in growing ecommerce brands before, and you know how to balance creativity with commercial discipline, data with intuition, and ambition with focus.
What You’ll Lead
- Marketing and ecommerce strategy and ongoing optimisation
- Performance marketing, acquisition and retention
- Customer lifecycle, CRM and email marketing
- Campaigns, launches and go-to-market planning
- PR, partnerships and community growth
- Management of external agencies and specialist partners
- Marketing insight, reporting and forecasting
- Budget ownership and contribution to overall business performance
Requirements
This role will suit you if you have already:
- Led marketing for a consumer brand with meaningful revenue (£XM+), ideally across DTC, wholesale, or marketplaces
- Owned channel performance (paid, email, organic, partnerships) with accountability for growth and efficiency
- Built or re-shaped a marketing team, including hiring, coaching, and setting clear performance expectations
- Worked closely with founders, product, and operations to align marketing with stock, launches, and capacity
- Made commercial decisions using data - balancing brand ambition with margin, cash flow, and ROI
Our Values
- Customer First: We exist for our customers. We listen deeply, design meaningfully, and act fast to serve their needs.
- Caring: We lead with empathy - treating our team, customers, and partners with kindness and respect.
- Raise the Bar: We strive for better — in quality, creativity, and how we show up every day.
- Honest & Accountable: We communicate clearly, take responsibility, and build trust through our actions.
- Purposeful: We act with intention, focus on what matters, and build systems that last.
If this sounds like you… You’re a team player. You’re humble, honest, and straightforward. You’re kindhearted, approachable, and accessible. You’re hands‑on and willing to get stuck in. You solve problems with creativity and resilience. You’re flexible and entrepreneurial. You’re an insatiable learner. You care deeply about our planet and our community. You love working in a creative environment and bring a sense of humour to your work.
Culture
When you join our team, you will become an integral member of our community. We place equal value on every team member, fostering a culture centred around kindness and collaboration.
