About Good Tuesday

Good Tuesday is a design‑led stationery brand and a certified B Corp. We create beautiful tools to help people plan their time with purpose. We believe good planning creates space for what really matters. We have all the makings of an iconic brand: impactful products, a loyal community, and a strong sense of purpose. We're growing fast, and we're looking for curious, kind, and capable people who want to help grow a company that uses business as a force for good - and have fun doing it.

The Role

Good Tuesday is looking for an experienced, creative and commercially minded Social Media and Content Manager to own our brand voice and visual identity across all channels. This is a role for someone who thinks strategically but loves getting stuck in: equally comfortable developing a content strategy as they are behind a camera or in the edit. You will shape how the world sees Good Tuesday. You will bring our brand to life through beautiful, purposeful content, build a community of people who genuinely love what we make, and develop relationships with creators and collaborators who share our values. You will report to our Head of Marketing and work as part of a wider marketing team.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and deliver a content and social media strategy that is creatively ambitious and grounded in what works.
  • Create original content yourself: photography, short‑form video, and copy, working alongside our photographer, graphic designer, and wider marketing team.
  • Manage our social channels day to day: planning and scheduling content, engaging with our community, tracking performance, and overseeing our shopping channels.
  • Use data and platform insights to improve the work, and be confident deciding where we should show up and how.
  • Lead our influencer and creator relationships: identifying the right people, building genuine partnerships, and managing gifting programmes and collaborations that elevate the brand.
  • Collaborate with our graphic designer to develop creative assets for paid social campaigns, and liaise with our media buying agency to ensure everything is built to platform best practice.

What you’ll bring

  • A proven track record managing social media and content for a consumer‑facing brand, most likely in a D2C, lifestyle, or retail environment.
  • Strong photography and short‑form video skills, and a genuine eye for aesthetics.
  • Confidence working with performance data and social commerce platforms.
  • Experience building and managing influencer and creator relationships professionally.
  • The ability to think strategically and do the hands‑on work yourself.
  • A natural storytelling instinct and strong copy skills across formats.
  • A collaborative, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Our Values

  • Customer First — We exist for our customers. We listen deeply, design meaningfully, and act fast to serve their needs.
  • Caring — We lead with empathy, treating our team, customers, and partners with kindness and respect.
  • Raise the Bar — We strive for better: in quality, creativity, and how we show up every day.
  • Honest and Accountable — We communicate clearly, take responsibility, and build trust through our actions.
  • Purposeful — We act with intention, focus on what matters, and build systems that last.

If this sounds like you...

  • You're a team player.
  • You're humble, honest, and straightforward.
  • You're kindhearted, approachable, and accessible.
  • You're hands‑on and willing to get stuck in.
  • You solve problems with creativity and resilience.
  • You're flexible and entrepreneurial.
  • You're an insatiable learner.
  • You care deeply about our planet and our community.
  • You love working in a creative environment and bring a sense of humour to your work.

Culture

When you join our team, you will become an integral member of our community. We place equal value on every team member, fostering a culture centred around kindness and collaboration. Maintaining the smooth operation of our organisation is a collective effort. Everyone, no matter what position, is always ready to pitch in — even the directors help with packing orders when needed. We are looking for people who share this adaptable, can‑do mindset and thrive in an environment where change is embraced.

What We Offer

  • We are offering a full‑time permanent contract, based at Lanteague Studios, Zelah, Cornwall.
  • Flexible work hours (core studio hours between 10am and 3pm).
  • 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays — 31 days total, increasing with length of service.
  • Generous product allowance and discounts.
  • NEST pension scheme.
  • Ongoing training and development.
  • Healthy Workplace pledge with annual health checks.
  • Ride Share scheme.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Eye care vouchers.
  • Weekly team lunch.
  • Regular team socials.
