Good To-Go is a small and rapidly growing food manufacturer located in Kittery Maine, named by the SBA, Maine’s Manufacturer of the Year for 2018.We cook and pack the most awesome all natural dehydrated gourmet meals for adventures seekers. We are looking for the right candidate to join our dedicated, hardworking team. We are looking for a full-time weigh fill machine operator. The job requires operation of large machinery, use of basic mathematics and an understanding of flow rate adjustments and calibration.The candidate must have the ability to multi-task and possess a keen attention to detail and must be able to meet daily quotas.The daily routine is a pre-operation set up, 6 hours of packaging, followed by a complete station breakdown and clean up that must meet USDA standards.The job is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm.This is a year-round position.Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally, work on their feet most of the day, be comfortable using a movable staircase, work well within a team structure and have a strong work ethic. There is growth potential within Production for the right person and compensation will increase with experience and responsibility.

Hourly Rate: $17.50
$500 Sign on Bonus: Awarded after 6 months. Employee must be in good standing.
