Good Squish is an independent London label making handmade hair accessories, founded in East London in 2021.

THE ROLE

Good Squish is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to take ownership of the day to day running of our production.

We're looking for someone with hands on fashion production experience who is confident working independently across suppliers, factories, sourcing, quality control and deliveries.

You'll work closely with our small team, helping make sure everything moves smoothly from sampling through to finished product.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Managing production from planning and sourcing through to manufacturing and delivery
  • Liaising with factories and suppliers daily and keeping production on schedule
  • Managing fabric sourcing, ordering and inventory
  • Overseeing sampling and fittings
  • Maintaining and improving quality control
  • Negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Booking and tracking deliveries and shipments
  • Managing production timelines and keeping spreadsheets and systems up to date
  • Flagging issues early and finding practical solutions

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll ideally have 3+ years of experience in fashion production and be comfortable taking real responsibility for the production process.

You should be organised, proactive and confident communicating with factories and suppliers. Strong Google Sheets skills and experience with production systems are important.

This could particularly suit someone experienced who is freelance, works across multiple brands, or is looking for a substantial part time role.
