Good Squish is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to take ownership of the day to day running of our production.

We're looking for someone with hands on fashion production experience who is confident working independently across suppliers, factories, sourcing, quality control and deliveries.

You'll work closely with our small team, helping make sure everything moves smoothly from sampling through to finished product.

  • Managing production from planning and sourcing through to manufacturing and delivery
  • Liaising with factories and suppliers daily and keeping production on schedule
  • Managing fabric sourcing, ordering and inventory
  • Maintaining and improving quality control
  • Managing production timelines and keeping spreadsheets and systems up to date
  • You'll ideally have 3+ years of experience in fashion production and be comfortable taking real responsibility for the production process.

Strong Google Sheets skills and experience with production systems are important.
