We are looking for a talented and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing private healthcare business and take ownership of our digital presence across multiple clinic locations.

- Maintain a strong understanding of our brand tone, customer profile and market positioning to ensure all digital communications are engaging, polished and impactful.
- Refresh and update website content, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Schedule engaging social media activity, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, evidence-based, and aligned with professional healthcare standards.
- Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
- Capture, edit and produce compelling video and visual content that brings our brand, treatments, expertise and customer stories to life.
- Engage confidently with our on-line communities, assisting in producing patient-facing materials including blogs, treatment information, and email communications.
- Track and report on digital and social media performance, providing insight into content effectiveness, audience behaviour and campaign results.
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with relevant regulations, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and UK GDPR regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop content ideas, promote key business initiatives and ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial goals.
- Continually bring fresh creative ideas to the table, helping us evolve our digital presence and stand out in a competitive marketplace.
